Multilingual Manchester (MLM) is a research unit based at the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures (The University of Manchester). MLM aims to raise awareness of Manchester’s linguistic diversity and study the practical challenges and immense potential language diversity brings. We support student research and run a student volunteer scheme, as well as working together with public service providers, schools and community-based organisations.
