CIT presents this free online workshop for writers, poets and performers.

The session takes a practical approach to provide key insights, tips & strategies to build confidence and make your words sizzle, at both online and physical events.

The session will focus on writing for spoken word and on spoken word performance skills. You don’t need to have any spoken word experience to register your interest.

Rosie is a poet, writer and performance artist. She has won several awards including Dada Award for Performance Artist of the Year and the Diva Award for Solo Performer. Rosie’s debut novel The Palace of Curiosities was published in 2013 by Harper Collins and was the winner of the Mslexia Novel Competition 2012, longlisted for The Desmond Elliott Prize 2013, and longlisted for the Polari Prize for First Book 2014.
