Manchester Libaries
Communities across Manchester will come together to enjoy an afternoon of celebration for all the family. Sharing their stories, language, music, dance and food, it is sure to be a joyful gathering. Each community will offer a free family activity/craft. We have kites to make, felt bags to decorate, origami boats to build and much more!
Confirmed for this year are members of the Lithuanian Community, and the first time in our event history, members of both the Libyan and Moroccan Amazigh community will be joining together to share their cultural heritage with everyone.
We can now confirm that we will also be joined by The Damascene Arabic School, the Armenian Community, the Pakistani Community, and the Iranian Community.
Manchester City of Literature is committed to inclusion and accessibility for everyone.
