International bestseller Matt Haig (The Midnight Library) returns with his spectacular new novel The Life Impossible. Retired maths teacher Grace Winters is stuck in a rut and grieving the recent loss of her husband, as well as their son Daniel 30 years earlier. When a long-lost friend leaves her a house in Ibiza, she also leaves a mystery as to how she died and what sort of life she led. Discovering the answers will change Grace’s life and give her a whole new beginning.
Matt was born in Yorkshire. He is a writer of fiction and non-fiction for both children and adults. His books, including The Humans, How to Stop Time and The Comfort Book have sold over 9 million copies worldwide and have been translated into over 50 languages. His last novel The Midnight Library was a Sunday Times and New York Times bestseller. The film adaptation of his novel The Radleys will be released in 2024.
Hosted by Nihal Arthanayake. Nihal is a broadcaster and the author of Let’s Talk: How To Have Better Conversations. He hosts the Sunday evening show on BBC Radio 5 Live.
