Bestselling, multi-award-winning cook Meera Sodha joins us to share her passion for East and South Asian cuisine and her most personal recipes to date. Dinner contains the food she makes for pleasure. The dishes she creates when she wants to cook for herself and her family and friends with minimum fuss and maximum enjoyment. Containing 100 vegan and vegetarian recipes, Dinner – and Meera – will inspire you to get in the kitchen and make time for yourself and some mouth-watering food.
Meera is a cook and food writer, renowned for her Asian-inspired, meat free recipes. She writes the ‘New Vegan’ column for The Guardian and is the author of three previous cookbooks: Made in India, Fresh India and East. Presented in partnership with the Centre for New Writing and Creative Manchester. Sponsored by Weightmans.
