With special guest Kevin P. Gilday.

Geneviève’s last collection was split into two sections, ‘Lost’ and ‘Found’, outlining that everybody fits into one of those categories. This collection, written in the 2016-2020 mega-mystery-box of xenophobia and destruction, comes all in one chunk, as now is the time when almost everybody is just terrified.
Vitriol Works is a sublimely subversive collection of hard-hitting honesty exploring social and sexual politics, identity and alienation, whilst searching for meaning within an un-governed, post-Brexit, pandemic-enduring nation.
“As complex as it is accessible, and as passionate as it is nihilistic, this is a work of profound intelligence and insight.” – Clare Shaw, poet & playwright
“A rallying cry, a withering put-down and the best song you ever heard all at once. Northern Gothic at its finest.” – AJ McKenna, spoken word artist
