Serenity Booksellers are honoured to welcome award-winning and best selling Margaret Murphy (M.K. Murphy) to Serenity Booksellers to talk about and celebrate the release of Blood Debt, the second instalment of the D.S. Rick Turner series.

Tickets are £5 per person without book (ticket redeemable against a signed copy of Blood Debt) or £10 per person with book (includes a signed copy of blood Debt.) ​Light refreshments included in ticket price.

About Margaret Murphy (M. K. Murphy)

Founder of Murder Squad and a past Chair of the Crime Writers Association (CWA), Margaret has been longlisted for the Ian Fleming Steel Dagger and shortlisted for both the ‘First Blood’ critics award and the CWA Dagger in the Library. She is an HRF Keating, Red Herrings, and Short Story Dagger winner.

In 2023, she published Dead Man Walking, the first of a new detective thriller series, under the pen name M.K. Murphy. It was immediately optioned for TV. The sequel, Blood Debt, will be released 12th September 2024. Over almost three decades, Margaret has written 12 internationally acclaimed psychological suspense novels under her own name, plus 5 equally well-received forensic thrillers as Ashley Dyer and AD Garrett. Her work has been translated into nine languages.
