Editing masterclass for flash fiction and poetry: Enhance your editing skills and polish your technique

Led by experienced editors Nikki Dudley (MumWrite and streetcake magazine) and Isabelle Kenyon (Fly on the Wall Press), this workshop allows writers to get considered feedback on their work. It will encourage writers to try new techniques during the editing process and offer an intimate, non-judgemental space for sharing work in breakout rooms. Writers will be encouraged to send in advance one poem of up to 60 lines or one short fiction piece of up to 750 words.

General editing tips and pointers Breakout sessions and structured peer feedback A ‘try something new’ session as a group A Q&A about editing and the processes involved
Writers will be emailed a Google Drive link once signed up to upload their work and will be assigned three pieces of work to read two weeks before the workshop, to think about and feedback on.
