Have you always wanted to write historical or Gothic fiction? Internationally acclaimed author Kate Mosse is here to show you how. In this special workshop, Kate will share her writer’s tips and secrets including what drew her to the genre; the inspiration behind her bestselling novels including Labyrinth, Sepulchre and The Burning Chambers; how she evokes convincing historical details; and how to balance factual research with compelling characters and storytelling. Expect to learn everything you could want to know about getting started and leave with the skills to make the story you’re passionate about come to life on the page.
Kate is the international bestselling author of ten novels and short story collections and several books of non-fiction. These include The Taxidermist’s Daughter, The Ghost Ship and Warrior Queens & Quiet Revolutionaries. She is the Founder of the Women’s Prize for Fiction and the global campaign #WomanInHistory.
