Join Maxine Peake for a homecoming event in the newly renovated Bolton Central Library discussing the impact of libraries on her life and work.

Maxine is a Trustee of the Working Class Movement Library and is well known for starring in film and TV roles such as Three Girls, Black Mirror and Silk. She has extensive stage experience, championing arts in the North throughout her career. Maxine has received three BAFTA Best Actress nominations, for HANCOCK & JOAN, THE VILLAGE, and ANNE.
