Instituto Cervantes Mánchester
Instituto Cervantes in Manchester and Leeds Poetry’s Club dedicate a session to visual poetry and new ways of reciting. Professor Diana Cullell (University of Liverpool) coordinates the event that will focus on the reading and visualization of several poems that explore the possibilities of expression beyond the simple written word. Through various examples of visual poetry and poetry recited over augmented reality, we will explore new modes of expression that will position us in different spaces and points of view as readers and propose new frontiers of expression in an ever-changing world. The session will include the presence and participation of the Madrid poet Óscar Martín Centeno.
