Griot is founder of The Poetry Place, and in 2022 wrote and performed for Warner Bro’s. In 2023 he was commissioned to work with CHANEL, exhibiting at the Metiers D’Art Show, and performed at the Glastonbury and Manchester International Festivals. In 2024 he represented Manchester and came second in UNESCO’s International City of Literature Slamovision.
