issue 1 – wtf is dif?
in our first issue we want to explore that question
for us dif = difference – especially around lgbtq+ queerness – misfit – beyond the mainstream – alternative.
we want to explore how dif is expressed through words – writing and artwork
if you think you have stuff that really expresses this then we want to hear from you
have a read of our website – browse our pinterest – instagram and bookshop to get a sense of our vibe.
what we want
we’re open minded
the unexpected the surprising the exciting
any writing – any language – any format – no word limit – any font
fiction – non-fiction – lonely hearts – announcements – poetry – short story – chapter – lyrics – raps – letters – experiments – readings list – music lists – sticker designs – reviews – interviews – art work – photography – collages – sticker designs – street art
we value the right to freedom of self expression
we take a no censorship approach
how to send us stuff
send by email to difwriters@gmail.com
with subject heading dif011- your name – title of work
